We still make use of the "Old Fashioned" charcoal grill, as we believe that the heat
produced from a well-packed grill will result in a far better tasting steak.
The Grill House Concept is a step forward in the finer dining aspects of the restaurant genre for the group. Here some very innovative and experienced chefs were headhunted
to put some
new, fun dishes on the menu in an atmosphere of freshly starched napkins
augmented by the slight scent of imported cigars & cognac.
